Six branches,
one booking engine.

A dermatology and dental group running six clinics across Dubai and Sharjah, competing against every aggregator in the emirate for the same searches. We rebuilt the booking path, fixed the local search footprint branch by branch, and moved paid budget onto the treatments that actually pay for themselves.

01 — The situation

Six clinics, six phone numbers, and a booking form that took eleven fields to complete. Every enquiry landed in a shared inbox, and nobody could say which branch or which treatment the marketing budget was actually filling.

What it cost them

Paid budget spread evenly across every treatment, including the low-margin ones. Aggregators outranked them on their own branch names, and roughly two thirds of mobile visitors abandoned the booking form before finishing it.

Why it happened

The group grew branch by branch, and the marketing grew the same way — a listing here, a campaign there, never designed as one system. Nobody owned the path from search to confirmed appointment end to end.

02 — What we did

Three moves, in order.

  1. 01

Cut the booking form to four fields

Eleven fields, a captcha and no branch selector. We rebuilt the flow around the two questions that actually matter — which treatment, which branch — and moved everything else to the confirmation call.

    • Eleven fields reduced to four
    • Branch and treatment chosen in one step
    • Mobile completion tracked from launch
  2. 02

Fixed the local footprint, branch by branch

Aggregators were outranking the clinics on their own branch names. We rebuilt every listing properly, wrote genuinely different location pages, and put a review routine in place that the front desk could sustain.

    • Six listings completed and verified
    • A real page per branch, not a template
    • Review generation handled at reception
  3. 03

Moved budget onto the treatments that pay

Spend was spread evenly across the menu regardless of margin. We tracked confirmed appointments by treatment and branch, then reallocated monthly toward the work that carried the practice.

    • Confirmed bookings tracked by treatment
    • Budget reallocated monthly on margin
    • Low-margin campaigns retired entirely
