Service 05 — Creative

Creative made for the platform, not the pitch.

Photography, video and copy produced in-house on a monthly rhythm. Everything is shot to feed paid media, social and the website at once, so one production day supplies every channel.

01 — The problem

Where creative budgets get wasted.

Four patterns behind creative that costs a lot and performs badly.

01

Shot for the brand film, not the feed

Beautiful sixty-second edits nobody watches, when the platform needed nine seconds and a hook in the first one.

02

One shoot a year

A single expensive production, then eleven months of recycling. Cost per lead climbs steadily and there is nothing new to test.

03

No hook discipline

Strong production with a weak first frame. The best footage in the world does not survive a scroll past.

04

Nothing sized for anything

One master edit cropped badly for every placement, so half the message ends up outside the frame.

02 — What we do

Four moves, in order.

  1. 01

Plan the shoot from the media plan

We work backwards from where the creative will run. Every production day starts with a list of the placements, hooks and formats it has to fill.

    • Shot list built from live campaigns
    • Hooks written before the camera moves
    • Every asset sized per placement
  2. 02

    Produce in monthly batches

One shoot day per month covering photography, short-form video and UGC-style material, so there is always something new in rotation before fatigue sets in.

    • One day, three content types
    • In-house crew, no subcontracting
    • Two-week turnaround on delivery
  3. 03

    Mix polish with proof

Studio-grade work for the pages where trust is being earned, and looser founder- or customer-shot material for the feed, where polish often reads as advertising.

    • Studio assets for site and pitch
    • Founder and customer-shot for feed
    • Screen recordings and walkthroughs
  4. 04

Test, then keep the winners working

Every asset is tracked against the metric it exists for. Winners are recut into new variants; the rest are retired without ceremony.

    • One variable tested at a time
    • Winners recut into new formats
    • Retirement based on fatigue data

What this looks like in practice

34%

lower cost per trial for a research platform after moving to monthly in-house production — the same media budget, with creative that stopped fatiguing.

Worth doing if

  • You are running paid media and the creative is going stale
  • You have people, product or process worth filming
  • You want assets that work across paid, social and the site

Fix something else first if

Creative multiplies whatever is already there. If the plan or the identity is unsettled, resolve that first or you will pay to produce it twice.

03 — Questions

About
production.

Do you have your own studio?

We shoot in our Dubai space for product and interview work, and on location for anything that needs it. Crew, cameras and editing are all in-house.

How much do we get from one shoot day?

Typically fifteen to twenty short-form videos and thirty to forty stills, sized for every placement. The volume comes from planning the day around formats rather than scenes.

Do we need to be on camera?

It helps, and founder-led content usually outperforms everything else. If not, we work with customers, staff, creators or product-only formats.

Who owns the footage?

You do, including the raw files. We hand over an organised archive, not just the final edits.

Can you edit content we already have?

Yes. Often the fastest first win is recutting existing footage into formats that suit the platforms you are actually running on.
