Service 01 — Strategy

A plan that says where the money goes.

Positioning, funnel design and a twelve-month roadmap with budgets attached. We start from what you already have — traffic, spend, sales data — and produce one plan that says what happens each quarter and what it should return.

01 — The problem

Why marketing plans fail here.

Four things we see in almost every plan we are asked to review.

01

Channels chosen before the audience

The plan starts with "we should do TikTok" rather than with who buys and why they hesitate.

02

No number to be judged on

Objectives written as "increase brand awareness", which nobody can pass or fail at the end of the quarter.

03

Budget spread evenly

Eight channels at a tenth of the money each, so none of them gets enough data to learn.

04

Nothing sequenced

Everything starts in month one, so when results are flat there is no way to tell which part failed.

02 — What we do

Four moves, in order.

  1. 01

    Audit what already exists

Before any planning we read the data you have — analytics, ad accounts, CRM, past campaigns — and two competitors in detail. Most plans can be shortened by knowing what has already been tried.

    • Analytics, ad account and CRM review
    • Two-competitor teardown
    • A written list of what is working now
  2. 02

Fix the positioning and the offer

Nothing downstream works if the reason to choose you is unclear. We write the positioning, the proof behind it and the offer, in the words your buyers actually use.

    • Positioning statement and proof points
    • Offer and pricing structure review
    • Message tested against real objections
  3. 03

Design the funnel and allocate budget

We map every step from first impression to signed customer, find the weakest one, and put the budget where the maths says it returns rather than spreading it evenly.

    • Full funnel map with current drop-off
    • Channel allocation with expected cost per lead
    • A model you can change the inputs on
  4. 04

    Sequence it across twelve months

A quarter-by-quarter roadmap with what launches when, what it costs and what it should return, so progress is measurable long before the year ends.

    • Quarterly milestones and targets
    • Dependencies made explicit
    • A single shared dashboard to track it

What this looks like in practice

replacing four disconnected suppliers for a Dubai services client — same total budget, one set of targets, and a first quarter that beat its lead goal by 40%.

Worth doing if

  • You are spending on marketing but cannot say what it returns
  • You have more than one channel running and nobody owns the whole picture
  • A budget is being set for next year and you want it defensible

Fix something else first if

Strategy is worth paying for when there is something to decide. If the decision is already made, skip to the work.

03 — Questions

About
strategy.

Do we have to work with you afterwards?

No. The roadmap is yours and it is written so another team could execute it. Roughly half of our strategy clients go on to a retainer, and the plan is not written to make that inevitable.

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks. Two weeks of audit and interviews, two weeks building the plan, then a working session where we present it and change what needs changing.

What do you need from us?

Access to analytics, ad accounts and your CRM, plus about four hours of your time across the engagement. We also want to speak to two of your customers if you can arrange it.

Will you tell us to spend more?

Sometimes the honest answer is that the budget is too small for the goal, and we will say so. Just as often the finding is that the same money is in the wrong places.

Is this different from a marketing audit?

An audit tells you what is wrong. This includes the audit, then commits to what to do about it, in what order, with the numbers attached.
