Service 08 — Commerce

Stores judged on repeat orders.

Store builds, product feed management and retention flows for UAE and GCC sellers. Acquisition matters, but the money is usually in the second and third order, so that is where we spend our attention.

01 — The problem

Why stores stall after launch.

Four causes behind flat revenue on a store that gets traffic.

01

Everything spent on the first order

Acquisition cost rises every quarter while the existing customer list goes unmailed. Growth stops the moment ads pause.

02

A checkout that leaks

Too many steps, no local payment methods, delivery cost revealed at the last screen. Carts fill and never close.

03

Feeds nobody maintains

Product data missing sizes, wrong stock, no Arabic titles. Shopping campaigns underperform for reasons unrelated to the ads.

04

No reason to come back

No post-purchase sequence, no reorder prompt, no reason to choose you over the next ad. Every order starts from zero.

02 — What we do

Four moves, in order.

  1. 01

Fix the checkout before the ads

We work through the path from product page to confirmation and remove every avoidable step, including local payment and delivery expectations shown early.

    • Checkout step and field reduction
    • Local payment methods and COD handled
    • Delivery cost and time shown up front
  2. 02

    Get the product data right

Feeds are the unglamorous half of e-commerce performance. Complete, accurate, bilingual product data usually lifts shopping campaigns more than new creative does.

    • Full feed audit and remediation
    • Bilingual titles and attributes
    • Stock and price sync verified
  3. 03

    Build the retention layer

Email, SMS and WhatsApp flows around the moments that matter — abandoned cart, post-purchase, reorder timing, win-back — so revenue is not entirely rented from ad platforms.

    • Six core automated flows live
    • Reorder timing based on your data
    • WhatsApp used where it outperforms email
  4. 04

    Then scale acquisition

With the store converting and retention working, paid becomes worth scaling, because each new customer is worth more than their first order.

    • Shopping and Meta catalogue campaigns
    • Creative built from best-selling products
    • Budget judged on contribution, not ROAS alone

Worth doing if

  • You are selling online and acquisition cost keeps climbing
  • You have a customer list you have never really used
  • You know your margin per product

Fix something else first if

Retention work needs orders to work with. Under roughly two hundred orders a month, acquisition is usually the better place to put the money.

03 — Questions

About
e-commerce.

Which platform do you recommend?

Shopify for most UAE businesses, because local payment and delivery integrations are mature and your team can run it. We will say if something else fits better.

Do you handle the ads too?

Yes, and we prefer to. Shopping campaigns depend heavily on feed quality, and splitting the two across suppliers is where most of the finger-pointing comes from.

Can you migrate our existing store?

Yes, including products, customers, order history and URL redirects so search rankings survive the move.

Do you write the email flows?

We write and design them in-house, in both languages, and keep improving them monthly against open, click and revenue data.

What about WhatsApp?

For some categories it outperforms email substantially in this market. We set up compliant templates and test it against email rather than assuming.
